1. PAYMENT TERMS

• A non-refundable advance payment of 100% is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance shall be paid in installments as per the agreed schedule.
• Any additional costs incurred due to last-minute changes requested by the Client will be charged separately.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If the Client cancels the event 30 days before the event date, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• If the Company cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
• Any non-refundable expenses already incurred (e.g., venue bookings, vendor payments) will not be reimbursed.
